Hey, it happens… sometimes a little too often. But I’m not complaining and neither should anyone else be, after all, the occasional paintball fail is what makes the sport fun. Best Paintball Checklist
Posted by admin in General Paintball on 06 22nd, 2009| | No Comments »

A checklist for paintball? Before going out to play paintball, its always a good idea to have a checklist before you leave the house. The last you you want is to be at the field, and be missing a facemask or a barrel sock.

Here’s a list of things you may want to make sure your not forgetting:

  • Gun
  • Barrels
  • Extra Batteries
  • Barrel Swab
  • Extra Parts
  • Allen Keys
  • Face Mask
  • Jersey
  • Pants
  • Goggle Cleaner

These are just a few these you want to make sure you have. It’s very important that you don’t forget any parts at home. So next time you go out paintball, make sure you have everything you need and everything you MIGHT need.

Happy Paintballing!

Here’s a pretty common question that a lot of people don’t really know the answer to.

“In what order should I upgrade my gun?”

Your best shot is probably to upgrade in level’s of importance.

  1. Electronics
  2. Marker Parts
  3. Cosmetics

If your going to upgrade your marker, you might want to look into a new circuit board for you gun. A new board could really help improve your performance out on the field. A new board can give you so many opportunities. From new firing modes, to modes that actually help you practice and get better by actually timing you.

Upgrading actual parts of your marker should come second on your list. When upgrading you marker, the best upgrade to get would probably be a new bolt. Second would be a regulator, and third would be a new ASA. A new bolt would probably help stop any chopping issues, a lower operating pressure. A new regulator would also help with having a constant amount of pressure. A Custom Products regulator would probably be a good choice; Their regulator is a favorite among most paintball players. A new ASA won’t really help with performance, but if you don’t have an Off/On ASA on your marker, a new ASA with Off/On would be pretty nice to have.

Thirdly, you should worry about cosmetics. Sure having a nice looking gun is great, but it’s not the mos timportant thing out there. Once your fine with the way your gun is, worry about making it look good.
